BOOKING CONDITIONS

BOOKING CONDITIONS BOOKINGS: All coaches are non-smoking, this includes all & any e-cigs and electronic cigarettes. Seats are allocated at the time of booking. All trips return at 17.30 pm unless stated. Exact pick up times are advised at the time of booking.

FARES: 0 – 4 years Toddler fare applies. 5 to 15 years Child fare applies.  16 – 54 years Adult fare applies. 55+ Senior fare applies.

CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel any excursion where the bookings have not reached an economical level to run. In such cases all monies paid will be refunded or transferred to another excursion of your choice. All refunds come directly from our Head Office Please do not intimidate our booking staff if they are not able to issue an immediate refund. TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE

ADMISSIONS: Admission costs are NOT included unless otherwise stated.

WHEELCHAIRS: Please notify at the time of booking is a wheelchair need to be transported.

DEPARTURES: Passengers are advised to be on time at departure points on both the outward and return journeys 10 minutes before the departure time stated on your ticket, as no responsibility will be accepted for late arrivals. COACHES: Due to demand at peak times or other circumstances beyond our control, you are advised that carriage may be in coaches other than those owned and operated by the company. In the event of mechanical failure a replacement vehicle will be sent out at the earliest possibility.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS: All details outlined on your ticket should be accurate at the time of booking and no responsibility can be accepted by the company for errors on a ticket after it has been issued. PASSENGERS MUST: It is the passenger’s responsibility to telephone 24-48 hours prior to departure to check pickup times, or for cancellation. (Not including weekends or bank holidays) Majestic Travel will NOT be held responsible is you do not. Calls maybe recorded.

COMPLAINTS: Must be put in writing and forwarded to our Head Office.

BEHAVIOUR: abusive behaviour or bad language to any of our staff or on any of our premises or vehicles WILL NOT be tolerated. Anyone found to be committing these acts will be asked to leave>Police maybe informed.

DAMAGE AND SICKNESS: Anyone causing damage to company property or vehicles will be prosecuted. Sickness carries an immediate fine of £25.00. Rewards maybe offered to anyone reporting damage.

LOST PROPERTY The company reserve the right to dispose of any items lefton a vehicle if not claimed or collected within 28 days
