It is with enormous joy that we are once again able to resume our ‘Great Days Out’.

As we move towards a more normal way of life we would like to take this opportunity to remind customers of our current Covid-19 Travel Policy Statement. The policy will be updated as and when necessary to reflect the current situation within the United Kingdom with regards to ‘Safe Travel’.

Majestic Travel COVID-19 Travel Policy Statement 2021.

Our current boarding conditions are changing, please read the following statement.
The following is our current Travel Policy Statement, please note, with the ever-changing environment and unpredictability of the COVID-19 VIRUS this statement will be subject to change following Government Guidelines.

These are strict guidelines Majestic Travel Limited require customers to follow for the Health & Safety of our staff and fellow passengers on board our vehicles, during the current pandemic if you wish to travel with us.

We shall be operating a non-refundable and non-transferrable ticket system.

Please only book if you are sure you will be able to travel safely. If for any reason you are unable to travel, either before your chosen date or on the day of the trip, please remember your ticket is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

Day trips are booked at the customer’s own risk. If you have a temperature of 37.8C or above on the day of your chosen trip please do not travel. Majestic Travel Limited will not take responsibility should you become unwell during/after your experience whilst travelling on-board our vehicles.

Out-Bound and In-Bound Journey.

Following the government’s latest announcement regarding reaching Stage Four of the lockdown procedure from Monday 19th July 2021 during the current pandemic, all of our day excursions/private hire of vehicles will operate at full capacity with no restrictions.

Temperature checks will now cease, and social distancing measures will no longer be required along with the mandat0ry wearing of facemasks/coverings. Toilet facilities and the consumption of food and drinks are once again permitted.

Customers are reminded to use their own judgement, COVID-19 is still a major health risk within society, therefore those who identify as being at risk or those who prefer are still permitted to wear facemasks/coverings onboard our vehicles.

We would encourage all customers to continue wearing facemasks/coverings to protect themselves along with their fellow passengers and our staff.

Please continue to make use of the sanitser provided for use before boarding the vehicle. Please provide your own sanitser for onboard the vehicle and for the duration of your journey.

Contact Tracing.
To comply with the government’s current guidelines regarding the collection and storing of customer information for the purpose of Contact Tracing, all customers are to provide their full name, current address and telephone number to assist the NHS should any passenger test positive for COVID-19. This confidential information is required by law to be held by Majestic Travel Limited for a 21-day duration after your excursion. After 21 days your information will be destroyed following the guidance provided by the UK Government.

Excursion Cancellations.
If there is evidence that Leisure and Tourism Travel plays a contributing factor towards an increase in infection be it mild, or major symptoms or a positive test result for COVID-19 we will not hesitate to cancel future excursions to protect the Health & Safety of our Staff and Customers.
