It is with enormous joy that we are once again able to resume our ‘Great Days Out’.
As we move towards a more normal way of life we would like to take this opportunity to remind customers of our current Covid-19 Travel Policy Statement. The policy will be updated as and when necessary to reflect the current situation within the United Kingdom with regards to ‘Safe Travel’.

Our current boarding conditions are changing, please read the following statement.
The following is our current Travel Policy Statement, please note, with the ever-changing environment and unpredictability of the COVID-19 VIRUS this statement will be subject to change following Government Guidelines.
It must be read in its entirety, fully understood, implemented, and adhered to. These are strict guidelines Majestic Travel Limited requires customers to follow for the Health & Safety of our staff and fellow passengers on board our vehicles, during the current pandemic if you wish to travel with us.
We shall be operating a non-refundable and non-transferrable ticket system.
Please only book if you are sure you will be able to travel safely. If for any reason you are unable to travel, either before your chosen date or on the day of the trip, please remember your ticket is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
Day trips are booked at the customer’s own risk. If you have a temperature of 37.8C or above on the day of your chosen trip please do not travel. Majestic Travel Limited will not take responsibility should you become unwell during/after your experience whilst travelling on-board our vehicles.
Out-Bound and In-Bound Journey.
Non-contact temperature checks will be conducted at the curb-side of your chosen pick-up point, also for the return journey before boarding the vehicle. If your temperature is 37.8C or above you will be refused entry to board the vehicle.
Face masks, homemade face coverings, neck, or headscarf.
Face masks, homemade face coverings, neck scarf or headscarves must be worn by passengers before boarding the vehicle and for the full duration of the journey.
If you fail to supply a face mask, homemade face coverings, neck scarf, or headscarf we will supply one for you, however, this will be at an additional cost. If you refuse to wear a face mask, homemade face coverings, neck scarf, or headscarf you may be refused entry to board the vehicle.
All children under the age of 11 years are not required to wear a face mask, home-made face covering, neck scarf or headscarf, however, as the Parent or Guardian of a child under the age of 11 years should you have a preference for your child to wear a face mask, home-made face covering, neck scarf or head scarf to provide a safety barrier this is acceptable.
All adults and children over the age of 11 years are required to wear a face mask, homemade face coverings, neck scarf, or headscarf, this information is in line with the current guidelines.
If you have a legitimate reason for being exempt from wearing a face-covering as set out within the Government’s current guidance this will be accepted by Majestic Travel Ltd, you must understand that we take no responsibility should you contract Covid-19 onboard our vehicles.
Hand sanitiser will be provided for your use before boarding the vehicle. Please provide your own hand sanitiser for use on-board the vehicle and for the duration of your journey.
To avoid cross-contamination and to prevent the spread of bacteria, the onboard toilet facilities will not be in use during your journey. We will schedule adequate rest stops for you to use Service Station amenities. Please remember to thoroughly wash your hands and use the hand sanitiser provided before re-boarding the vehicle. Where possible we will implement a loading from the back and un-loading from the front method.
Food and Drinks.
To avoid cross-contamination and to prevent the spread of bacteria, the consumption of food and drinks will not be permitted. Consumption of food or drink to aid with medication will be allowed.
Social Distancing Seat Allocation.
Once we receive the maximum seat capacity all passengers will be allocated a seat for the duration of the journey. Seats will be allocated by the Driver following a carefully planned seat planner adhering to the current social distancing guidelines. The allocated seat will be yours for the duration of the excursion; you must comply with the guidelines as there will be no room for adjustments.
To comply with the government’s current guidelines regarding the collection and storing of customer information for the purpose of Contact Tracing, all customers are to provide their full name, current address and telephone number to assist the NHS should any passenger test positive for COVID-19. This confidential information is required by law to be held by Majestic Travel Limited for a 21-day duration after your excursion. After 21 days your information will be destroyed following the guidance provided by the UK Government.
If there is evidence that Leisure and Tourism Travel plays a contributing factor towards an increase in infection be it mild, or major symptoms or a positive test result for COVID-19 we will not hesitate to cancel future excursions to protect the Health & Safety of our Staff and Customers.
We shall implement a minimum and maximum seat capacity on-board our vehicles to comply with the current social distancing guidelines. If we fail to obtain the minimum seat capacity a scheduled trip may be cancelled, whereby all customers will be offered the choice of transferring to a different excursion or obtain a full refund.
